What We Do
We have extensive knowledge of control systems and can offer you a solution to meet your budget. Upon completion, we can also provide detailed wiring diagrams as well as site wiring requirements and also recommendations to help you on site. We also offer a controls installation package covering all the wiring emanating from our controls panels.
Process Controls
Process control has advanced in many ways and can cover simple single motor starters to more complex inverter solutions. We have many years experience in all forms of control panel design, from simple relay logic to more complex complete plant control.
Bespoke Designs
Sometimes standard enclosures are not suitable for your needs. Working alongside steel manufacturers and sprayers we can design and build bespoke panels that will suit your needs. Whether wall mounted, or for use in an industrial quarry, we are able to provide you with a panel fit for purpose.
EV Chargers
We are proud to work along side one of the UKs largest fuel companies to provide them with EV charging panels ranging from 630A up to 2500A. With the modern world continually changing, we are helping companies by designing and producing bespoke panels to meet their evolving needs.
BMS
We currently supply BMS control packages to some of the fastest growing retailers in the country and providing them with complete peace of mind. By design we can integrate our panels with all plant, lighting and power sockets to provide optimum energy savings.
Distribution
Ranging from 100A upto 800A, we can provide you with a selection of distribution and panelboards that suit your requirements. Alongside offering bespoke steelwork, split metering and intergrated surge protection, we can provide you with a panel that will meet all of your power and distribution needs.
Switchboards
Our switchboards are all bespoke to your design and can incorporate any components required such as auto-change-over devices and Castell interlocks. We can provide you a panel using a wide selection of circuit breaker manufactures as well as a market leading steelwork manufacturer.

CONSULTATION
A consultation either onsite or in our offices in Gloucestershire to discuss your needs and requirements. Our professional and experienced engineers can also provide their recommendations and experiences to ensure you end up with the perfect design for your needs.
QUOTATION
Once our engineers have reviewed your requirements and the specification of your panel, we can provide documentation outlining our proposal, along with a detailed specification and quotation.
PRODUCTION
Any parts that are required will be ordered through our reputable supplier chain and production will commence. We can also incorporate any free issue hardware that is supplied.
INSTALLATION
Upon completion, the panel will be fully tested in house to ensure it meets our high standards. The panel can then be delivered to any site of your choice, and installed by one of our qualified engineers. Alternatively, the panel can be collected directly from our workshop.
